In my role. I have met with a number of agencies who promised the earth. When I am recruiting staff I require the agency to work for me, i.e. get back to me, give updates on the search, let me know of interviews etc.  Purpose delivers on all of these which is rare. They also have taken the time to know the business and work really hard to send through quality candidates. I would recommend Purpose to anyone recruiting staff as they deal honestly, ethically and with an urgency that is required in today's busy world.

After completing my Bachelor of Business degree, I was procrastinating about finding full time employment.  I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and how I wanted to go about it. Then I saw Purpose’s advertisement on the Seek website and took a chance and applied online.  Purpose would be my first real contact with an agency.  Although I was nervous when I turned up for my first interview with them, Dina of Purpose had taken the time beforehand to call and make sure I knew exactly how to get there.

Within seconds of meeting Dina, I knew I had nothing to be apprehensive about.  The interview was relaxed, friendly and extremely motivating. She matched me with what she saw as the perfect employer for me.  Dina provided so much more than the typical agent/client contact. She would call and email me with detailed instructions for what I needed to know or just to give moral support and see how things were going. It was obvious Dina showed genuine interest in my career and well-being.

During this time, I also registered with another agency and the difference between them and Purpose was soon apparent.
